With this plugin you can reduce the filesize automatically. Just download and install the plugin. And it will start working.

Installation
- Upload
xpd_rifsto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- You can configure the quality of the images in
Configuration -> XPD Image Quality

For now, works only with
.jpgfiles.

Open Notpad editor
Paste these two lines
upload_max_filesize = “512M”
post_max_size = “512M”
save is as php.ini
upload its on your root directory where WordPress install and also upload in wp-admin folder.
As well as you can increase your file size to whatever you want..

256 MB

post_max_size = “256M”
1-GB
upload_max_filesize = “1024M”
post_max_size = “1024M”
10 GB
upload_max_filesize = “10240M”
post_max_size = “10240M”
