Description

Allows you to remove the “AIM”, “YIM”, “Jabber”, “Website”, and “Biography” fields from the Profile admin screen

Installation

  1. Upload user_profile_fields.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Choose which fields to disable on the Admin -> User -> Profile Fields screen

AIM? Yahoo? Even asking about these displays a lack of seriousness. With WordPress being used often for corporate contact management, being able to remove this trash is important for professionalism.
