Go to any product (simple or variable) and look for the “Instalments Total” field under the product data section. It automatically tracks instalments, labels each renewal clearly, and makes it much easier to monitor payment progress directly from the admin panel. The instalment numbering, parent–child order structure, and extra order info column are particularly useful, helping keep everything organised without adding clutter. It works smoothly with both simple and variable products, and feels lightweight and well-built. Overall, it’s a reliable, time-saving plugin that makes managing instalment plans far more straightforward. Highly recommended for stores that need smart and structured instalment billing. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/80134a4480d690657c4791e05aaf0648a079316f0eae99eda88904e92fb1195d? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Clear and reliable instalment management for WooCommerce subscriptions](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/clear-and-reliable-instalment-management-for-woocommerce-subscriptions/)󠁿 [tariqzia333](https://profiles.wordpress.org/tariqzia333/) January 20, 2026 I’ve been using Smart Instalments Manager for WooCommerce on a subscription based store and it has made managing instalment payments far clearer and more organised. The plugin automatically assigns instalment numbers to each renewal order, which saves a lot of manual checking and guesswork. I particularly like the Order Info column in the WooCommerce admin, as it lets you see instalment progress at a glance without opening each order, Overall, it’s a very practical solution for anyone offering instalment based subscriptions and wanting better visibility and control in the admin area.
