Easy Social Share provides you an easy way to display various popular social share buttons anywhere within your post or page etc.
This plugin can provide most popular social sharing buttons that you can embed right into your posts, page, media, custom post types. Sharing your content to social media sites is not an easy tasks. I have packed the plugin with some very handy features like social sharing, floating socail media icons, attractive social icons, icons with three differne sizes, custom colors, draggable options.
Social meta tags will be automatically implemented to the page.
Installation

Install the plugin either via the WordPress.org plugin directory, or by uploading the files to your server (in the /wp-content/plugins/ directory).

Activate the Easy Social Sharebar plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

Go to Settings->Easy Social Sharebar and start adding social buttons.
